Maintenance

To insure the future success of your purchase, we include 1 year of maintenance with the purchase of any Dynalog product, and we offer annual maintenance upgrades for the life of your product.  

As a maintenance customer, you will receive the following:

• Re-calibration of hardware. Depending on the use of your system, ISO certification requires annual re-calibration.  The calibration is done according to NIST Standards and Dynalog provides a calibration certificate for ISO certification purposes.
  
• Technical support
  
• Repair and /or replacement of components damaged during ordinary use of the system.
  
• Software upgrades and maintenance releases.
